Weekly Reflection (WEEK 14)

Hello and good day, everyone !

This is the last week of my semester 3. Next week will be the study week because the final exam is around the corner.. Huuuuu~!! I felt so nervous. This week was great ! All of us show our video karaoke in the class and it was very fun and amusing. Well I wish that all of us can get A for this subject. Hofefully. Aamiin.

Next, we took a photo after the Business Class bcause everyone were in the class and it was the last class with her. Actually, Ms Hasimah has said before that she's very confident and guarantee that she will never teach us in future. I don't even know the reason why she said so. Is it because she don't want to teach us ? Is is because she is going to retire ? Or because she is going to move ? Whatever is it I hope that everything will be fine.

On sunday, my friends and I went to Teluk Batik, Perak. It was organized by Anak Jati Sabah Club. It was the first time for me went there ! Such a beautiful place with a lot of activities provided. The most important thing was, we also visited the Menara Condong at Teluk Intan. Last minute planned.
To be honest, that is the first place I wanted to go when I got the university acceptance letter. I have planned to go there when I was 17 years old while doing the research about the tower. I also bought the T-shirt as souvenir. Thank godness. Finally!! I'm there !

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 13)

Yeayyy ~!!!

We have done presenting the web-advertisement task.. We had given our best to produce a good short video. We hope that we will get full mark for it.

Actually, this week I felt very sad. I have a family problem ='( Moreover, my carry mark for literature subject was suspended while the other friends already got their mark. So, the next day I asked the lecture and she said I have not submitted 1 assignment. However, I am pretty sure that I've submitted everything (include the missing assignment before) but she said I'll just have to Re-print and submit it as soon as possible. So I do that and send it to her on that day. The truth is I've already send that assignment for 3 times. But it's okay. I understand.

What can I do to overcome my stress is : 

Patricia, Ammelia and I went to Aeon Rawang for shopping and we bought a lot of foods and household items. After that we also went to McDonalds and Starbucks cafe and pampering ourselves :D I felt so happy after going out with them =)

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 12)

            This week, my pair work (Yamunaa) and I started to shoot and took photos for our next assignment which is web-advertisement. We were going to make a video to promote and advertise our Diploma In English programmed. We have to do it now because editing the video will take a long time. 

             On Sunday, we were going to Kuala Lumpur for shooting. This is a group work for Video Karaoke assignment. We went to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang and started the project there. We asked for help from our junior and one of Faculty Music student. It was very amusing and we do really had so much fun. We want to give the best from our group for this last project. So, all of us were very busy and doing their role.

 

 

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 11)

Oh My God !!

              Suddenly there were a lot of works given. I'm drowning! Well at least we have already took the Academic Writing test last week -,-' Another thing was I have to Re-print & Re-submit my assignment for literature subject because the lecture said it was missing during their transferring to IPSI building. Haihh... This week, we presenting our resume. Actually, this is the 2nd time for me doing the resume. You know what? UPSI's library had became my second home lately. All day and even at night I was in the library. To finish the work.

My friends and I also have went to Majlis Pelancaran Rare-Dio by music faculty. Their performance were so fantastic!! I felt so jealous. They can play all the instrument nicely.

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 10)

Huhhh !! *Sigh of relieved

               Alhamdulillah. Our group had done presenting the Business Proposal on Wednesday. Why it was a big relieved? because this assignment burdens us a lot! how terribly and hard this assignment. Even I like business, but I never wanted to do the proposal.

 

 

 

Since the last 2 weeks was very hard time for me. I've got a lot of works to do and I was so stress.

Hence, it is the time for pampering myself !!! Yeayy~!!!! I'm going to Kuala Lumpur with my friends from other faculty. Actually they were my ex-classmate during the secondary school. We were going for shopping, watching movie and hangout. I'm having so much fun with them!

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 9)

The best thing that happens on Saturday is I’m going to night market at Tanjung Malim. There were variety kinds of Peninsula’s type food there such as Ayam Percik, Nasi Kukus, Putu Piring which I love the most! and Burger Bakar. So, this was my chance to buy and taste it since I from Sabah and I wanted to try other’s food too. Not only that, I also bought new shirt and hair clips. It cost cheap too. There was a stall that sold Satay too. I bought it because I want to test whether it is delicious as Sabah’s Satay or not. I bought about 10 sticks of Chicken satay that cost 60cent per stick and yeah, it does really delicious. So yummy! No wonder there are many people in the queue just to buy the Chicken Satay that time.

 

In this week, I felt so happy because we just got 3 days classes only due to our Prophet, Muhammad’s birthday on Tuesday and for Thaipusam on Friday. Many of my Indian friends went back to celebrate with their family.

 

On Wednesday which was on 15^st January, I'm stress a bit because we got business English  test and I studied some of the topics through online and web only. But, I don't know whether I should be grateful or not, the test was called off and postponed to the next Wednesday. Yeah.. After I am burning the midnight oil -,-'

 

There is one other thing. It should be a secret. But now, not anymore. Hihi ^_^ I'm going back to Sabah again during Chinese New Year one week holidays. I hope time will flies so fast. Yet, I have to finish all of my assignment since I don't want all of these things disturb my holiday. I do really want spent a quality time with my family and friends. Hope so.

 

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 8)

In this week, I didn’t do any activity much. This is because I just came back from my hometown, Sabah and I do really miss my whole family. Even though, I’d been here for 3 semester, yet I’m still homesick. I always remembered all the moments I spent together with my family and friends. At night, I still can’t sleep and just keep crying until dawn.

 

Moreover, the ‘CELCOM’ got problem with their line on Monday and Tuesday. All Malaysians also faced the same problem and some people complaint about it especially the one who in a relationship (couple), but I’m not. I just can’t surf the internet and watched drama on my phone. These make me felt more bored. So, what can I do was eating junk food, visit my friend’s house and doing an assignment.

At first, I am very hard-working person and always in high spirit. I keep doing my assignment every single day. Even I’m not an excellent and creative student but I still keep trying and doing my best. Recently, I am too lazy to make my assignment that keep increase. However I have to do it and pushed myself otherwise I will fail in this course and can’t archive my goals.   

 

On Friday, I had attended Malam Gala Karisma since I am one of the Karisma member. The theme of the dinner was masquerade. It went through smoothly and I had met a lot of new friends there. The important thing for me was anyone who attended that occasion will get Mycat point for co-curriculum. Hehe =D I also got a chance to hear one of the HEPA member singing there. Dato Dr Junaidi if I didn't mistaken. He performed 3 songs on that night.

            

Weekly Reflection (WEEK 7)

It was a week of a NEW YEAR!!

Good bye 2013 and warm welcome to 2014

On Tuesday, my cousin and I went out for shopping and we're watching movie together while waiting for countdown at night.

In the evening, we went back to the hotel, taking bath and prepared for the night! We had a family dinner, played bowling and having car race match at game center. Then around 11 pm, we get out from the mall and heading to Jesselton Point for New Year countdown. There were a lot of beautiful fireworks. All of us felt so happy.

This week is the end of my holiday. On Sunday, I was alone along the way started from Sabah until in front of my house. Yeah, I'm sad but I have to keep moving on.
